Pilates Classes are instructed by Caroline Syrett.
Pilates is a mind-body discipline that combines core stabilization and peripheral mobility training to enhance the way the body functions. Classes incorporate the principals of Pilates through stretching and mobilizing exercises, postural control, flexibility and general conditioning and toning
The Pilates exercise program is designed to improve muscle tone and strength, endurance and flexibility and includes physical activities such as stretching, using weights and using equipment.
Our Pilates venue is 212 Voortrekker road, with the entrance on Frederic Cooper Drive. It is a beautifully tranquil space perfectly suited to exercise while at the same time allowing you to step back from the bustle of life.
The current class schedule is as follows:
Classes are held on Mondays at 09.00 and 17.15,
Wednesdays at 9.00 and Thursdays at 09.00.
Fees are R 110.00 per class for private clients. Rates for medical aid clients are within with the various medical aid tariffs and can be submitted electronically.
